Nutritionist Shares Knowledge

Gail Hagbom was always interested in a medical career. "I thought I'd end up in nursing or veterinary medicine," she recalls.

But after some serious consideration of all her options, Hagbom decided to roll the dice and make a life-changing choice—she realized her interest in food offered a way to teach people how to live healthier lives.

Today, she is helping local Head Start children and families struggling to make ends meet.
