Chelsey Otto has been promoted to banking office manager at Independent Bank’s East Lansing office, located at 1380 W. Lake Lansing Road. Otto has been with Independent Bank for more than nine years and most recently served as the assistant banking office manager at the East Lansing office.

Elizabeth Koepgfen has joined Independent Bank’s commercial lending team as a commercial loan officer at the East Lansing office at 2900 West Road. Koepfgen will serve small business customers in the Lansing and Battle Creek markets. Koepgfen has been with Independent Bank for over seven years.
