Gallagher Appointed to Attorney Discipline Board

Byron “Pat” Gallagher of the Gallagher Law Firm, PLC with offices in Lansing and Detroit, has been appointed by the Attorney Discipline Board as a hearing panelist.
The ADB is the adjudicative arm of the Michigan Supreme Court for discharge of its exclusive constitutional responsibility to supervise and discipline Michigan attorneys. Hearing panels composed of three attorneys conduct trial-level proceedings in which the Attorney Grievance Commission has filed a formal complaint alleging that a member of the State Bar of Michigan has committed misconduct. A hearing panel can order a public reprimand, suspend the attorney’s license to practice law in Michigan or revoke the attorney’s license.
